EARL’S COURT
This project entirely reconfigures an existing mews-type house, augmenting the property with a basement and roof-top extension - by far the largest such extension to be granted planning permission within the Earl’s Court Village Conservation Area in recent times.
BAYSWATER
This project, on a very tight site within Westminster’s Bayswater Conservation Area, was for the construction of a new mews house replacing an existing.
Completed early 2020, it includes a double-height living space, guest bedroom and ensuite, and self-contained apartment on the top floor. The project was completed with high quality workmanship throughout by C. Tavener & Son builders.
Kensington
A very large Georgian terraced house which our client asked us to rectify work from a poor quality refurbishment. ATTOL worked with Cabot Design to re-arrange the house by moving the kitchen to the rear of the house. Adding a new, custom steel-framed glass lightwell, bespoke joinery and finishes throughout.
WEST HAMPSTEAD
This project proposes the redevelopment of a largely light-industrial site in West Hampstead.
The proposal includes a new, mixed-use development, comprising 19 residential units arranged over three- to four-storeys, atop a basement car park and two storeys of commercial accommodation - all while retaining the existing light-industrial uses to the rear of the site.
Battersea
The unusal opportunity to work on a new build house within a conservation area. The house was originally built as two separate dwellings which we converted into a single family home.
With many bespoke details including a 3.5m x 4m glass box extension, a climbing wall and multiple split levels, the house is quite unique.
